The Foundation for Innovation, Incubation, Entrepreneurship (FIIE) under NIT Agartala has released a recruitment notification on 18th September 2025 for key positions at its i-Technology Business Incubator (iTBI). The vacancies are for Chief Executive Officer (01 post), Incubation Manager (01 post), and Incubation Associate (01 post). Essential Qualification NITA FIIE Chief Executive Officer and Other Recruitment
- Chief Executive Officer: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engg./Tech./Pharmacy or Science with an MBA. Minimum 5 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years in the start-up ecosystem, as a founder/co-founder/core team member, or in managing an incubator/MNC.
- Incubation Manager: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engg./Tech./Pharmacy/Business/Management or Science with an MBA. Minimum 2 years of experience in the start-up sector, incubation management, or managerial experience in R&D/technology commercialization.
- Incubation Associate: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engg./Tech./Pharmacy/Business/Science/Management.
NITA FIIE Chief Executive Officer and Other Recruitment Age Limit (As on 10/10/2025)
- Chief Executive Officer: Less than 50 years
- Incubation Manager: Less than 40 years
- Incubation Associate: Below 50 years
Salary details NITA FIIE Chief Executive Officer and Other Recruitment
- Chief Executive Officer: Rs. 1,00,000/- per month with 10% annual increment.
- Incubation Manager: Rs. 74,000/- per month (Year 1), then Rs. 75,000/- per month.
- Incubation Associate: Rs. 25,000/- per month with 10% annual increment.
