• Construction/Technical: Master’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Geotechnical / Structural / Transportation Engineering
• HR: MBA in Human Resource
• Finance: M.Com / CA / CMA / MBA Finance
• Legal: LLB / LLM
• IT: B.Tech / M.Tech (CS/IT/Cyber Security/Networks)

Age Limit (As on 11 March 2026)

• Associate: Maximum 30 years
• Senior Associate: Maximum 40 years
• Consultant: Maximum 45 years

Experience Required

• Associate: 0–2 years
• Senior Associate: 2–9 years
• Consultant: 9–15 years

Relevant experience in infrastructure, highways, finance, HR, legal, or IT sectors is required depending on the post.

Salary (Monthly Remuneration)

• Associate: ?70,000 – ?80,000
• Senior Associate: ?80,000 – ?1,50,000
• Consultant: ?1,50,000 – ?2,75,000

Additional 5% annual increment applicable.
No extra allowances (all-inclusive consultancy fee).
