NEEPCO Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 30 Executive Trainee Posts

? Educational Qualification (As on 01.07.2025)

? Executive Trainee (Electrical / Mechanical):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical & Automation Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST).
• Must have appeared and qualified in GATE 2025 (Electrical or Mechanical).

? Executive Trainee (Civil):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Must have qualified GATE 2025 (Civil Engineering).

? Executive Trainee (IT):

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech/AMIE in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering with at least 65% marks (55% for SC).
• Must have qualified GATE 2025 (Computer Science and Information Technology).

? Compensation Package

Selected candidates will receive:

• Basic Pay: ?50,000/- per month during training (E-2 grade).
• Gross Monthly Salary: Around ?1,00,000 (approx.) including DA, HRA, Cafeteria allowance (35%), PF, Superannuation benefits, and Location-based Allowance (10%).
• On successful completion of one-year training, candidates will be placed in E-3 Grade.

? Posting & Training

• Selected candidates will undergo one-year training at any of NEEPCO’s project locations.
• Post-training, they can be posted anywhere in India as per company requirements.

? Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)

Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/ESM candidates.

?? Selection Process

• No interview or GD.
• Selection based solely on GATE 2025 Score in the respective discipline.
• A merit list will be prepared based on GATE marks and category-wise vacancies.
• In case of tie, older candidates (by date of birth) will be given preference.

? Application Fee

Payment Mode: SBI ePay (Online).

? Service Agreement Bond

Selected candidates will have to execute a bond to serve NEEPCO for a minimum of 5 years (including training):

• General / EWS / OBC (NCL): ?2,50,000/-
• SC / ST: ?1,25,000/-
