Eligibility Criteria (As on 23 January 2026)

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics)
  OR
• MCA (Full Time) from recognized University/AICTE-approved institution.

Experience Required

• Minimum 4 years (Govt/PSU candidates at E2/L9 level or above)
• Minimum 6 years (Private sector candidates)
• Experience in large-scale IT project management (preferably in transport sector)

Key Responsibilities

• ITMS project lifecycle management
• Contract & stakeholder coordination
• Risk management & governance
• Monitoring SI performance

Private Sector CTC Requirement

• Minimum ?13.30 LPA

2?? Assistant Manager / Information Technology (E2)

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science / IT / Electronics)

• MCA (Full Time)

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

Technical Skills Required

• Full Stack: Node.js, Angular/React, Java, Python
• Cloud & DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins

Private Sector CTC Requirement

• Minimum ?11.10 LPA

Selection Process

The NCRTC selection process includes:

• Written Test / CBT – 80% Weightage
• Interview – 20% Weightage
• Minimum qualifying marks: 60%
• Shortlisting ratio: 1:5 for interview
