Essential Qualification MSC Bank Trainee Officers Recruitment

For all posts, candidates must have passed the 10th Grade (Matriculation) exam with Marathi as a subject. They must also be a domicile of Maharashtra.

• Trainee Junior Officers
  • Graduate degree with at least 50% marks.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking as an officer.

Salary details MSC Bank Trainee Officers Recruitment

• Trainee Junior Officer: Trainee Junior Officers will be paid a Stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month during the Training period. After successful completion of the training period, the Trainee Junior Officers will be placed in the Bank’s regular grade and will be paid total emoluments of about Rs.52,100/- per month.
• Trainee Associates: Candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs.25,000/- per month during the Training period. After successful completion of the training period, the Trainee Associates will be placed in the Bank’s regular grade and will be paid total emoluments of about Rs.34,400/- per month.
• Trainee Typists (In Associate Grade): Candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month during the Training period.
• Trainee Drivers: Candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs. 22,000/- per month during the Training period.
• Trainee Peons: Candidates will be paid a Stipend of Rs.20,000/- per month during the Training period.

Selection Process MSC Bank Trainee Officers Recruitment

1. Online Written Examination: All candidates must first appear for an online test.
2. Personal Interview/Skill Test: Candidates who pass the online test will be called for an interview. For Typist post, a skill test will be conducted.
