- Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience and shorthand skills.
- Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience as UDC.
- Professional Assistant: Master’s in Library Science with 2 years experience.
- Stenographer: Bachelor’s Degree with shorthand proficiency.
