The National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) has introduced the latest job notification for the 13 Technician and Scientific Assistant Vacancies. Aspirants who have a qualified 10th, B.Sc, ITI, Diploma in Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering must take the chance of the NIOT Recruitment 2024. Scientific Assistant and Technical Officer Qualification & experience :

Scientific Assistant – Mechanical  : Three (03) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University. 2. Basic knowledge of computer.
Scientific Assistant – Electrical  : Three (03) years of Diploma in Electrical Engineering (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University. Basic knowledge of computer.
Scientific Assistant – ECE   : Three (03) years of Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication Engineering (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.
Scientific Assistant – Gr.-B/Technical Officer – Mechanical  :  Three (03) years of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.
Scientific Assistant – Gr.-B / Technical Officer – Electrical  : Three (03) years of Diploma in Electrical Engineering (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.  Basic knowledge of computer.
Scientific Assistant – Gr.-B / Technical Officer – ECE  : Three (03) years of Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation (with 60% marks) or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University.  Basic knowledge of computer.
Pay scale :Scientific Assistant  Level 06 Rs.35400-112400/-
Scientific Assistant – Gr.-B / Technical Officer   Level 07 Rs.44900-142400/-

Scientific Assistant and Technical Officer Selection Process :

The Selection Process will be based on Written test and skill test.
