? Educational Qualification (Mechanical / Electrical Diploma Jobs)

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management
  OR
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)

? Important Note

• Candidates with higher qualifications such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, etc. are NOT eligible.
• Diploma must be from an institute recognized by AICTE / State / Central Government.

? Required Experience

Essential Experience

• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in storekeeping in:
  • Shipyard
  • Engineering Company
  • Public Sector Undertaking (PSU)
  • Government Organization

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to Materials Management Systems / ERP packages

? Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 is considered valid experience.

? PwBD Eligibility (Identified Disabilities)

PwBD candidates with 40% or more benchmark disability can apply under the following categories:

? Selection Process for Diploma Jobs at CSL

Selection will be through Offline Tests (100 Marks Total).

1?? Objective Type Test – 70 Marks (75 Minutes)

Part A – General (20 Marks)

• General Knowledge – 5
• Reasoning – 5
• Quantitative Aptitude – 5
• General English – 5

Part B – Discipline Related (50 Marks)

? No negative marking

2?? Descriptive Type Test – 30 Marks (60 Minutes)

• Discipline-related questions

Minimum Qualifying Marks

• UR Candidates: 50% in each test
• PwBD Candidates: 40% in each test

Final merit list will be prepared based on aggregate marks, discipline marks, and age (in case of tie).
