LIC AAO and AE Recruitment 2025 Vacancy details

The age limit for most posts is 21 to 30 years as of 01/08/2025. For AAO Chartered Accountant and Legal posts, the maximum age is 32 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Essential Qualification LIC AAO and AE Recruitment

• AAO (Generalist): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• AE (Civil): B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 3 years of work experience.
• AE (Electrical): B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of work experience.
• AAO (Chartered Accountant): Bachelor’s Degree and passed Final Exam of ICAI. Must be an associate member of ICAI.
• AAO (Company Secretary): Bachelor’s Degree and a qualified member of ICSI.
• AAO (Actuarial): Bachelor’s Degree and must have passed at least 6 papers from IAI / IFOA, UK.
• AAO (Insurance Specialist): Bachelor’s Degree, Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India (Life), and 5 years of experience.
• AAO (Legal): Bachelor’s degree in Law with at least 50% marks and 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary details LIC AAO and AE Recruitment

Approx. Rs. 1,26,000 per month

Selection Process LIC AAO and AE Recruitment

1. Preliminary Exam: An online objective test. Marks are not counted for the final merit list.
2. Main Exam: An online exam with both objective and descriptive tests. Marks from this exam are considered for interview shortlisting.
3. Interview: A personal interview to assess suitability.
4. Medical Examination: A final medical check-up before the appointment is offered.
