? Educational Qualification & Experience

1?? Project Research Scientist-I (Medical)

• Qualification: MBBS / BDS OR MSc Nursing with MPH / Maternal & Child Health experience.
• Desirable: MD/MS/MPH/Epidemiology with prior experience in maternal health projects.
• Skills Required: Excellent English & Tamil communication, data analysis, report writing, and coordination ability.
• Role: Supervise research team, coordinate site data collection, reporting, and liaise with other research centres.

2?? Project Technical Support-II (Echocardiographer / Echo Technician)

• Qualification: 12th (Science) with Diploma in Echocardiography + 5 years’ experience OR B.Sc in Echocardiography + 2 years’ experience.
• Desirable: Maternal health project experience, data management skills, and software proficiency.
• Role: Conduct echocardiography, manage participant follow-ups, and ensure data integrity.

3?? Project Nurse-II (Research Nurse)

• Qualification: 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course.
• Desirable: Prior experience in data collection, maternal health projects, and computer applications.
• Role: Recruit and follow up study participants, assist in clinical data entry, and coordinate project implementation.

? Selection Process

1. Application Screening & Shortlisting
   • Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications, experience, and supporting documents.
2. Interview / Written Test
   • Topics: Maternal health, biostatistics, clinical research, hypertension in pregnancy, echocardiography, and research methodology.
   • Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email.
3. Final Selection
   • Based on merit, interview performance, and project relevance.
