Essential Qualification ISRO Scientist/Engineer Recruitment

Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10. Students in their final year (2024-25) can apply if the final degree is available by 31/08/2025 with the required marks.

• Scientist/Engineer SC (Electronics) (BE001 & BE001A):
  • Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Scientist/Engineer SC (Mechanical) (BE002):
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Scientist/Engineer SC (Computer Science) (BE003 & BE003A):
  • Degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Selection Process ISRO Scientist/Engineer Recruitment

1. Written Test:
   • Part A: Discipline Specific (80 MCQs, 1 mark each, -1/3 negative marking).
   • Part B: Aptitude/Ability (15 MCQs, 20 marks total, no negative marking).
   • Duration: 120 minutes.
2. Interview:
   • Shortlisting based on written test in 1:5 ratio.
   • Minimum qualifying marks apply.
3. Final Panel: Based on 50% weightage to Written Test and 50% to Interview.
