Apprentice vacancies are distributed across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, J&K, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand with reservation for UR, EWS, SC, ST, OBC (NCL) and PwBD as per Government norms.

Trade Apprentice (ITI)
- Matric + 2-year ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT)
Data Entry Operator
- Class 12th pass
- Skilled candidates must possess NSQF-recognized Skill Certificate
Technician Apprentice
- 3-year Diploma in relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum Marks:
- 50% – UR / EWS / OBC-NCL
- 45% – SC / ST / PwBD
Graduate Apprentice
- Any full-time regular graduation
- Same percentage criteria as above
? Distance / Part-time / Correspondence courses are NOT eligible
? Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- OBC-NCL: 3 Years
- PwBD: Up to 10 Years (15 years for SC/ST PwBD)
? Stipend Details
As per Apprentices Act + IOCL benefits:
- Graduate Apprentice: ?9000 + ?2500 (misc.)
- Technician Apprentice: ?8000 + ?2500 (misc.)
- Trade Apprentice: As per Act + ?2500

- Selection purely on Merit Basis
- Merit prepared using marks in qualifying exam
