This recruitment drive aims to fill vacancies in the pay scale of ?25,000 – ?1,05,000 across multiple refinery and petrochemical units in India.

Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
1. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production)
- 3-year Diploma in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery Engineering
OR - B.Sc (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry)
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST)
2. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U)
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Boiler Competency Certificate (Second Class) or NAC in Boiler Attendant
3. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U-O&M)
- Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
4. Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Posts
- Relevant 3-year Diploma in the concerned discipline
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
5. Junior Quality Control Analyst
- B.Sc (Maths / Physics / Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry)
6. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety)
- 10+2 pass
- Sub-Officers Course from NFSC Nagpur or recognized institute
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License
- Must meet prescribed physical and medical standards

Selection Process
The selection methodology consists of two stages:
1. Computer Based Test (CBT)
- 100 objective questions
- Duration: 120 minutes
- Sections:
- Subject Knowledge – 75 marks
- Numerical Ability – 15 marks
- General Awareness – 10 marks
- No negative marking
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- General: 40%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 35%
2. Skill / Proficiency / Physical Test (SPPT)
- Qualifying in nature
- Mandatory for final selection
Reservation & Concessions
- Reservation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. norms
- Application fee exemption for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM
- Travel fare reimbursement for SC/ST/PwBD candidates appearing for CBT/SPPT
- PwBD candidates must possess a valid Disability Certificate (?40%)
