Place of Posting

Selected candidates will be posted at IPPB Branches/Banking Outlets across India. The list of locations includes circles in states such as Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, and others.

IPPB Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.11.2025)

1. Educational Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

2. Age Limit

• Junior Associate: 20 to 32 years
• Assistant Manager: 20 to 35 years

3. Experience

• Junior Associate: Level 4, 5, or 6 (Group C & B) employees with 3 years of experience.
• Assistant Manager:
  • Level 7 with 5 years of experience, or
  • Level 8 with 3 years of experience.

Note:

• Department of Posts employees in Level 4 are eligible only for Junior Associate.
• Department of Posts employees are not eligible for the Assistant Manager post.

Job Responsibilities

Assistant Manager (Scale I):

• Oversee branch operations and performance reviews.
• Conduct field visits, organize business camps and financial literacy events.
• Support and train postal staff and manage customer relations.
• Ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and business development.

Junior Associate:

• Build and manage relationships with channel partners.
• Drive direct and cross-sales of banking products.
• Organize marketing campaigns and sales events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.

Selection Process IPPB Recruitment 2025

• Selection will be merit-based on graduation marks.
• The bank reserves the right to conduct online tests, assessments, group discussions, or interviews if necessary.
• In case of tie, the older candidate (by date of birth) will be given preference.
