Technical Assistant job description:

CSIR Indian Institute of Toxicology Research has launched the official notification for the posts of Technical Assistant, and Technician for 19 vacancies. Candidates who are qualified with B.Sc Pass, Diploma, and ITI are eligible to apply for the IITR Recruitment for 2024. Technical Assistant Qualification & experience :

Chemical Sciences : B.Sc. in Chemical Sciences   with minimum 60% marks and one year full time Diploma/Certificate course in Chemical from recognized Institute/Organization.   Or  B.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks and one year experience in the chemical sciences from a recognized institution.
Electrical Engineering : Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Technology of at least 3 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in relevant area/field Or  Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Technology of a  least 02 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in the Electrical works & services.
Civil Engineering : Diploma in Civil Engineering / Technology of at least 3 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in relevant area/field  Or  Diploma in Civil Engineering / Technology of a  least 02 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in diploma course, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in the Civil works & services.
Animal House & GLP Facility : B.Sc. Biological Stream with minimum 60% marks and one year diploma/experience in Laboratory Animal Care/Laboratory Animal Husbandry/ Laboratory Animal Management from recognized Institute/Organization.   Or  B.Sc. or equivalent (Biological Stream) with minimum 60%  marks and Diploma in  Medical Laboratory Technology  Or  Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology with minimum 60% marks and experience of 01 year in the relevant area/field of Laboratory animal care & Management/ Pre-clinical safety testing in GLP facility.
Biological  Sciences : B.Sc in Biological Sciences with minimum 60% marks and one year full time Diploma/Certificate course in the area of any field of Biological Science.  Or  B.Sc in Biological Sciences with minimum 60% marks and  one year experience in  the area of any field of Biological Science from a recognized institution.
Environmental Monitoring / Impact Assessment : Diploma in Environmental /Mechanical /Civil / Chemical Engineering/Technology of at least 03 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in relevant/area field of environmental Monitoring and Assessment.
Epidemiology including Occupational Health and Safety Risk Assessment and Modelling :
B.Sc. or equivalent in Medical (all branches)/biomedical, with minimum 60% marks and one year  experience in the R&D in the domain from a recognized Institute/Organization.
Industrial Research / HR / Outreach and Public / Social / Communication :  B.Sc. or equivalent in Life / Biological / Medical (all branches) / bio-medical, with minimum 60% marks and one year full time professional qualification.

Technical Assistant Selection Process :

The Selection Process will be based on Skill Test/Written Test/Interview.
