- 1. M.E./M.Tech. in relevant branch of Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Microelectronics / Optoelectronics / Nanotechnology / VLSI Design /Microwave Engineering with a valid GATE score, OR
2. Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics / equivalent branches with a valid GATE score or a UGC/CSIR-NET qualification,OR
3. Master degree in Physics/ Materials Science with a valid GATE qualification or a UGC/CSIR-NET qualification.
- Rs. 42,000 + 18% HRA per month.

Indian Institute of Technology, Indore (IIT) has introduced the latest job notification for the 01 Senior Research Fellow Vacancy. Candidates who are qualified for Post Graduation, B.E/ B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech in Electrical, ECE, and Electronics Engineering must take advantage of the IIT Indore Recruitment 2024.
