Essential Qualification HPCL Executive Assistant,Junior Executive,Officer and Other Recruitment
- Executive/Junior Executive:Â Regular Graduation or 3-year Diploma in the relevant field.
- Engineers/Officers (Technical):Â 4-year full-time Engineering degree in specified disciplines. Some Officer roles require an additional 2-year PG degree.
- Chartered Accountants:Â ICAI CA qualification with 50% in final exams.
- Officer (HR/Official Language/Law):Â Relevant Post Graduate degree or Law degree with specific language requirements for OL. Experience needed for OL (3/6 yrs) and Law (1 yr).
- Safety/CGD/Sales Officers:Â Engineering degree (some Sales roles also need MBA). Relevant experience of 2-3 years is required. Safety Officers also need an Industrial Safety diploma.
- Managerial/Specialist Roles:Â Specific Engineering/MBA qualifications with extensive experience (9-21 years). Refer to the detailed notification.
- IS Roles (FTC):Â B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA/PG in Data Sciences for IS Officer (2 yrs exp). Engineering (CS/IT/E&C) or MCA for Cyber Security Specialist (12 yrs exp).
Note: Minimum 65% marks for UR/OBCNC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD in qualifying degree/diploma, unless specified (like for CA). All qualifications must be full-time regular courses.
