Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has released the latest jab notification for the posts of Senior Manager, Officer, Management Trainee, Technician, Craftsman, and Rigger Assistant with 78 Vacancies. Aspirants with a qualified 10th, B.Sc, Diploma, Degree, Post Graduation, CA, CMA, B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical, Material, Instrumentation, Chemical, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering are eligible to apply for the FACT Recruitment 2024. Qualified Candidates can apply online from 17th February 2024 to 13th March 2024. More details like educational qualification, pay scale, age limit, selection process, application fee, how to apply, and important dates are mentioned below.
Senior Manager,Management Trainee and Technician Qualification & experience :
Senior Manager – Mechanical : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 9 years executive experience in maintenance / consultancy / projects / construction / fabrication departments in mechanical field in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petro Chemical plants or large engineering firms / construction firms / Government / Defence Services, of which last 3 years shall be  (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in E3 grade i.e. Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.
management Trainee – Chemical  : Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering (in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology), with 60% marks.
Management Trainee – Mechanical  : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.
Management Trainee – Electrical  : Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.
Management Trainee – Instrumentation : Bachelor Degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.
Management Trainee – Civil  : Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
Management Trainee – Fire and Safety : Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire & Safety with 60% marks.
Management Trainee – Materials : Bachelor Degree in Engineering OR Two years Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (including Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with 60% marks.
Technician – Process  : B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (including Petrochemical Technology) and 2 years experience in the operation/ Analytical field / Quality Control / Chemical Control / Process Control / R&D in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical Plant.  In the absence of sufficient suitable candidates with the prescribed experience of 2 years, candidates with the prescribed qualification and one to two years? of prescribed experience will be considered. Against reserved posts, SC/ST candidates without experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with experience as above.
Pay scale :Senior Manager  Rs.70000 – 200000/-
Management Trainee  Rs 50000-160000/-
Technician  Rs 23350-115000/-
Senior Manager,Management Trainee and Technician Selection Process :
The Selection Process will be based on CBT/Interview.
