- Contract for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years.
- Termination possible without notice in public interest.
- One-month notice or one-month salary required for resignation.
- No entitlement to PF, pension, gratuity, seniority, or promotions.

- Absence >7 days without approval = automatic termination.
- Daily attendance must be marked via AEBAS and manual register.
- No private practice allowed.
