Essential Qualification Eastern Railway Recruitment

• For Both Posts: Candidates must have one of the following educational qualifications.
  • 12th or equivalent exam with at least 50% marks.
  • OR
  • 10th Grade plus ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
• Additionally, a specific cultural qualification is mandatory:
  • A Degree or Diploma certificate in the respective discipline (Classical Vocal or Dance) from a recognized university or institute is required.

Selection Process Eastern Railway Recruitment

1. Written Test: A 60-minute objective type test for 50 marks. The qualifying mark is 40%.
2. Assessment of Talent: This stage is for 50 marks.
   • Practical Demonstration: 35 marks.
   • Testimonials & Prizes: 15 marks.
3. Document Verification: To verify all original documents.
4. Medical Examination: A final medical fitness test.
