DRDO 496 Various Engineering Job Recruitment – 2025
The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced a great opportunity for students. DRDO is recruiting for a Paid Internship Scheme 2025. There are about 496 internship positions available for final year engineering and science students. This is a contractual internship for six months to eleven months. The recruitment advertisements were released in late June 2025. Job locations include Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Agra, and Haldwani. Essential Qualification DRDO internship
Candidates must be studying in a full time course from a recognized Indian University. Some labs require a minimum percentage of marks or CGPA.

- Must be in the final year (1st or 2nd year) of their M.E. or M.Tech degree.
- M.Sc students in final year can also apply for some labs like RCI and DEBEL.
- CGPA Requirement
- Some labs prefer a CGPA of 8.5 or higher or marks above 85%.
- RCI and R&DE(E) require a minimum CGPA of 7.5 or 75% marks.
