• Deputy Manager (Company Secretary), E-1
  • Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with minimum 50% marks.
  • Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field at supervisory level.
• Assistant Manager, E-0 (Project, Coordination & legal and Recovery)
  • Postgraduate degree in designated fields (Arts/ Science/ Commerce/etc.) OR Bachelor of Engineering (BE), with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Assistant Manager, E-0 (Finance and Accounts)
  • PG degree in Commerce/ Eco/ Stat. with minimum 50% marks.
• Assistant Manager, E-0 (HRM and Admin)
  • PG Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation/ HR with minimum 50% marks.
• Executive Assistant, NE-3 (General cadre)
  • Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce.
  • Speed of 30wpm in typing (English/Hindi).

Selection Process NMDFC Deputy Manager,Assistant Manager and Executive Assistant Recruitment

1. Online Test: Objective type for all applicants.
2. Interview (Managers): For DM & AM posts, min. 50% in test needed for interview shortlist (1:5 ratio). Final merit: 85% test, 15% interview.
3. Merit (Exec. Assistant): Based solely on written test. Min. qualifying: 50% (UR), 45% (Reserved).
4. Test Pattern: Sections: Gen. Intelligence & Reasoning, Quant. Aptitude, English, Gen. Awareness, Professional Knowledge (post-specific). Total: 200 Qs, 200 Marks, 120 Mins.
5. Negative Marking: -0.25 marks per wrong answer.
6. Experience: 3 years required for Deputy Manager (CS). Desirable qualifications exist for some posts.
