Qualification :

• M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science/ Physics/ or any relevant area OR ME/M.Tech degree in Electrical/ Electronics and Communication/ Physics/Nanotechnology/ Material Science/ VLSI or any allied branch relevant to the project.

Age Limit 

21 years

• • Rs. 14,000 + HRA (without GATE)
    Rs. 31,000 + HRA (with GATE and Ph.D. registration at IIITDMJ)

Selection Process

• Selection process will be based on Walk -in Test/ Interview.
