• SSLC (10th pass)
• ITI – National Trade Certificate (NTC) in relevant trade
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
• Apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961 is considered as experience for eligibility

Candidates currently working as Fabrication/Outfit Assistants on CSL rolls are not eligible.
