Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has released a detailed notification for the recruitment of experienced professionals on a contractual basis. A total of 55 vacancies have been announced for various positions including Diploma Engineers, Technicians, Operator, Clerk, and Driver. Essential Qualification CEL Diploma Engineer,Technician and Other Recruitment

Diploma Engineer (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)	3-year Polytechnic Diploma in relevant discipline with min. 55% marks.	Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Technician (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics)	ITI in relevant trade (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic) with min. 55% marks.	Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Operator	ITI in Electronics Mechanic trade with min. 55% marks.	Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Clerk (F&A)	Graduate in Commerce with min. 55% marks.	Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Clerk	Graduate in any stream with min. 55% marks.	Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Driver	10th pass with min. 55% marks + Valid LMV License.	Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience.

Note: Qualifications must be from a recognized Board/University/Institution. Equivalent qualifications require an Equivalency Certificate from a competent authority.

CEL Diploma Engineer,Technician and Other Recruitment Age Limit

• The upper age limit for all posts for General category candidates is 40 years.
• There is no age bar for internal candidates of CEL who are already engaged on a contractual basis.

Salary details CEL Diploma Engineer,Technician and Other Recruitment

Diploma Engineer	Rs. 40,000/-*
Technician	Rs. 30,000/-*
Operator	Rs. 30,000/-*
Clerk	Rs. 30,000/-*
Driver	Rs. 30,000/-*

*Additional Remuneration:

• Candidates with more than 10 years of experience in Govt/PSU/Autonomous bodies may receive an additional Rs. 15,000/- (max).
• Candidates with 2 to 10 years of such experience may receive an additional Rs. 10,000/- (max).
• This is subject to document verification and will be the lesser of the consolidated pay plus addition or their current remuneration.
• Note: There shall be an approximate 12% annual increase in the basic pay.

Selection Process CEL Diploma Engineer,Technician and Other Recruitment

• The selection process for CEL Recruitment 2025 will consist of an Interaction and/or Skill Test as deemed appropriate by the management.
• Call letters for the selection process will be issued to candidates who are found prima facie eligible based on their application and fee payment.
