Telecom Stream

• B.E. / B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in:
  • Electronics & Telecommunication
  • Electronics

  • Information Technology
  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation

Finance Stream

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or
• Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)

Degrees must be from a recognized Indian University/Institute.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will be appointed in IDA Pay Scale E-3:

• ?24,900 – ?50,500 (Pre-revised)

Selection Process BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment

The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.

Exam Pattern

• Duration: 180 Minutes
• Total Questions: 200
• Total Marks: 200

Part-I (Common – Aptitude Test):

• 40 Questions | 40 Marks

Part-II (Core – Technical Test):

• 160 Questions | 160 Marks

Negative Marking:

• +1 mark for correct answer
• ?0.25 mark for wrong answer

Minimum Qualifying Marks

• General: 40% in each part & 50% overall
• SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS: 35% in each part & 45% overall

• Bond Amount: ?9 Lakhs

After successful completion of probation:

• SET ? Senior Executive (E-3)
• Promotion to Assistant General Manager (E-4) after minimum 3 years
• Further promotions as per BSNL Management Services Rules 2023
