• A Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized university

? Note: Only Regular MBBS degrees are considered valid under the Medicine category.

? Experience Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Engineering / Technology / Medicine in:
  • A reputed firm, OR
  • A Government Department

? Experience Clarification:

• Up to 1 year of practical training during the university course may be counted as experience.
• Experience certificates must be issued by the Factory Occupier.
• Factory license copies must be attached with the application.
• For private sector experience, the factory must:
  • Employ 500 or more workers
  • Be registered under EPFO & ESIC
  • Have an annual turnover of ?25 crore or more

? Language Requirement

• Candidates must have working knowledge of reading and writing Hindi in Devanagari script.

? Age Relaxation

• Bihar Government Employees: 5 years (subject to conditions)
• Ex-Servicemen: 3 years + years of service (maximum age not exceeding 57 years)
• Candidates eligible between 01.08.2018 to 01.08.2025 are also eligible as per government rules

? Physical & Medical Fitness

• Candidates must be physically fit and free from any disability that may hinder official duties.
• Medical examination will be conducted by a BPSC Medical Board after the interview.
