Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is recruiting for Engineer Quality (FTA-Grade II) and Supervisor Quality (FTA-Grade III) posts on a Fixed Tenure Appointment (FTA) basis. There are a total of 20 vacancies, 10 for each post. This recruitment is for the Quality department at the High Pressure Boiler Plant in Trichy. • Engineer (FTA-Gr.II) – Quality:
  • Bachelor’s/Integrated Master’s (Mechanical/Production/Metallurgy) or Chemical/MSc Chemistry (Plant Lab).
  • 60% marks (Gen/OBC/EWS), 50% (SC).
  • Two years experience.
• Supervisor (FTA-Gr.III) – Quality:
  • Diploma (Mechanical).
  • 60% marks (Gen/OBC/EWS), 50% (SC).
  • Two years experience.

• Engineer (FTA-Gr.II) – Quality :Rs. 84,000/-
• Supervisor (FTA-Gr.III) – Quality : Rs. 45,000/-

Selection Process BHEL Quality Personnel recruitment

1. Eligible applications will be screened.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview.
3. If many applications are received, shortlisting for interview will be 1:10 ratio based on qualifying exam marks.
4. A Practical examination on UT will be conducted for NDTL jobs before the Personal Interview (qualifying in nature).
5. Selection is based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.
