Essential Qualification BHEL Artisan Recruitment
All posts require a common educational background with specialization in the relevant trade. Candidates must have passed the required qualifications with minimum marks as specified.

- Passed 10th Grade (Class X).
- National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI).
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
- Minimum Marks Required:
- 60% marks for General & OBC candidates.
- 55% marks for SC & ST candidates.

Selection Process BHEL Artisan Recruitment
- The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The exam is tentatively scheduled for mid-September 2025.
- Selected candidates will be temporary employees for one year.
- After successful completion they will be regularized as Artisan Grade-IV.
