Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. 170004/HR/NAMU/APP/2026/01 dated 14 February 2026 for engagement of Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentices at its Navi Mumbai Unit.

Eligible candidates can attend the walk-in selection process scheduled in February and March 2026.

Stipend:

• Engineering Graduates – ?17,500 per month

  (?8,000 by BEL + ?4,500 via DBT)

Eligibility Criteria BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026

Educational Qualification

• Graduate (Engineering): B.E/B.Tech (AICTE/GOI approved) completed on or after 01 July 2021.
• Graduate (B.Sc/B.Com/BA): Completed 3-year degree on or after 01 July 2021.
• Diploma: Diploma in relevant branch completed on or after 01 July 2021.
• ITI: ITI certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.

Age Limit (As on 01 February 2026)

• Graduate & Diploma: Maximum 25 years
• ITI: Maximum 21 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC – 3 years
  • PwBD – 10 years

Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship under NATS/NAPS are not eligible.

Selection Process BEL Apprentice Recruitment 2026

• Selection will be based on Written Test conducted by BEL, Navi Mumbai.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  • General/EWS/OBC – 35%
  • SC/ST/PwBD – 30%
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and list will be published on BEL website.

Registration Process (Mandatory)

Before attending the walk-in, candidates must register on:

• Graduate & Diploma: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0 Portal – nats.education.gov.in)
• ITI Candidates: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS Portal – apprenticeshipindia.gov.in)

Candidates must complete profile 100% and bring registration proof.
