Tenure-Based Operators:

• Basic Pay: ?16,900/- + DA, HRA, Perks (13.78%), Medical Allowance ?1,500/month
• Annual increment: 3% on Basic Pay

Fixed Tenure Service Personnel:

• Diploma Holders: ?27,000 – ?32,500 (yearly progression)
• ITI Holders: ?24,000 – ?32,500 (yearly progression)
• Benefits: Conveyance, Medical Insurance, Uniform Allowance, Term Plan

Selection Process BEML Recruitment 2025

The BEML Non Executive Recruitment 2025 selection process consists of multiple stages to ensure fair and transparent hiring. Candidates will first appear for a CBT, followed by document verification and a medical test.

Computer-Based Test (CBT):

• Part I: General Awareness (20 Qs)
• Part II: English & Reasoning (20 Qs)
• Part III: Trade/Discipline Knowledge (60 Qs)
• Duration: 2 Hours | No negative marking | Qualifying Marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD)

Medical Examination

Final merit will be prepared based on the CBT performance and successful verification of eligibility.
