Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Kotdwara — a Navratna Public Sector Company under the Ministry of Defence — has released the official notification Advt. No. BEL/KOT/HRD/APP/2025-26/01, dated 07 November 2025, inviting eligible candidates for Graduate Apprenticeship Training and Optional Trade (OPTN) Apprentices for a one-year apprenticeship program.

The selection will be done through a Walk-in Written Test on 22 November 2025.

? Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must have completed a 4-year BE/B.Tech degree (for engineering trades) recognized by AICTE/GOI on or after 01/07/2022.
2. For Optional Trade, candidates must have passed BBA/BBM/BBS (3-year degree) recognized by AICTE/GOI on or after 01/07/2022.
3. Upper age limit: 25 years as on 01.11.2025.
   • Relaxations: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC), 10 years (PwD).
4. Minimum Graduation Marks:
   • 60% for General & OBC
   • 40% for SC/ST
5. Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship in any other organization under NATS are not eligible.
6. Candidates pursuing or holding higher qualifications are not eligible.
7. Candidates without a Degree/Provisional Certificate cannot appear.

The selection will be based on a Written Test conducted at the venue.
Candidates must appear physically on 22 November 2025 between 09:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
