Educational Qualifications for BEL Recruitment 2025

BEL Post Qualification Experience Requirements (For Senior Engineer – Electronics)

Candidates must have minimum 4 years experience in:

• Firmware Testing
• Verilog / VHDL

• Handling RF test instruments (Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer)
• Test plan & report preparation

BEL will select candidates based on:

1. Written Test (85% weightage)
2. Interview (15% weightage)
