BEL Deputy Engineer Recruitment 2025 Notification Out for Mechanical Posts
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, has released the official notification (Advt No: 17004/NAMU/HR/2025/FTE/01) for the recruitment of Fixed Tenure Deputy Engineers (E-II Grade) for its Navi Mumbai Unit. The recruitment is open for young and dynamic Mechanical Engineering graduates willing to work on challenging defence and strategic projects across India.

What is the minimum educational qualification required?
Candidates must have: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/AMIE in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE/UGC-approved college/institute. First Class is required for General & OBC, and Pass Class for SC/PwBD.
What is the upper age limit?
As on 01.12.2025: General/UR: 28 years OBC (NCL): 31 years SC: 33 years PwBD: +10 years in addition to category relaxation
What is the selection process?
Selection consists of: Written Test (85 marks) Interview (15 marks) Only candidates shortlisted in 1:5 ratio will be called for the interview. Minimum qualifying marks: GEN/OBC-NCL: 35% SC/PwBD: 30%
What is the salary for Deputy Engineer (E-II)?
Pay scale: ?40,000 – 3% – ?1,40,000 Benefits include: DA, HRA 35% of Basic Pay as perquisites PRP Medical, Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity, etc.
