Essential Qualification Clerk and Stenographer Recruitment
- For Clerk and Stenographer Grade-III
- A Bachelors degree in Arts Science or equivalent.
- Passed 10th Grade with Punjabi as a subject.
- Proficiency in computer applications like Word Processing and Spreadsheets.
Clerk and Stenographer Recruitment Age Limit
The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 37 years as on 01/09/2025 for the General Category. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Punjab Government rules.

Selection Process Clerk and Stenographer Recruitment
- For Clerk:
- Written Examination in English Composition and General Knowledge.
- Computer Proficiency Test for qualified candidates.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Judicial Department.
- For Stenographer Grade-III:
- English Shorthand test at a speed of 80 W.P.M.
- Transcription test at a speed of 20 W.P.M.
- Computer Proficiency Test.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience as a Stenographer.
