Eligibility Criteria
AIIA has outlined specific age limits, qualifications, and experience for each post:
- Computer Programmer (Level-11): BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc with Diploma in Computer Applications and 5 years’ experience in IT/Networking/Software.
- Accounts Officer (Level-10): M.Com/MBA with 8 years’ experience in Govt./Autonomous organizations; knowledge of Govt. accounts and budget preparation is essential.
- Private Secretary (Level-7): Officers from Govt./Universities with 5 years of experience in stenographer or PA grade.
- Nursing Superintendent (Level-10): M.Sc. Nursing with 8 years’ experience, preferably with Ayurveda hospital experience.
- Panchakarma Technician (Level-4): Diploma/Certificate in Panchakarma with minimum 5 years’ experience.

Age Limit and Relaxation
- Direct Recruitment: Typically 30-40 years depending on the post.
- Deputation: Maximum 58 years.
- Relaxation is provided as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen.
