Selection Process Section Officer,Stenographer and Other Recruitment

1. No Interview for Group B and C: There will be no interview for Group B and C posts. Selection will be based on other criteria like written tests or skill tests where applicable.
2. Skill Tests for Some Posts: For posts like Stenographer Junior Stenographer skill tests in stenography and typing will be conducted. For example Stenographer requires 100 wpm in stenography and typing. Junior Stenographer requires 80 wpm in stenography.
3. Driver Skill Test: Driver post will likely involve a driving test and assessment of knowledge of motor mechanism.
4. MTS Skill/Trade Test: For Peon/Multi-Tasking Staff a trade test or skill test may be applicable.
5. Document Verification: All appointments are subject to verification of original documents relating to age qualification and experience.
6. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must produce a medical fitness certificate from a Government hospital.
7. Probation: Appointments will be provisional until character and antecedents are verified.
