National Hydro Electric Power Corporation (NHPC) has recently issued the notification for the posts of Apprentices on its official website. Post:Graduate Apprentices,Technician Apprentices and Trade Apprentices
Vacancy :70
Age :Â Minimum age limit: 14 Years
Maximum age limit: 21 Years
Pay scale :As per Apprentice Act
Graduate Apprentices,Technician Apprentices and Trade Apprentices Qualification & experience :
For Degree and Diploma: 1. The applicant should have passed the Degree/Diploma in Electrical,Mechanical,Civil,Electronics and Communication,IT/Computer Operator-cum-Programming Assistant from any recognized institution as per ibid Act.
2. The Applicant who will be completing 3 years 3 months after having passed the qualifying Degree/Diploma as on 01.01.2024 and who have acquired prior training/experience for more than one year are not eligible to apply under this notification. 3. The candidates who have acquired prior training/experience for more than one year and the candidates who have absconded previous apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply under this Notification.
For ITI Candidates:Â 1. The applicant should have passed 10th Class under 10 + 2 system of education or its equivalent.
2. The applicant should have passed ITI in Electrician,Lineman/Wireman,Power Electrician,Fitter,Machinist,Instrument Mechanic,Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) and Mason (Building Constructor) from the recognized institution in the respective trade as per Apprentice Act.
Graduate Apprentices,Technician Apprentices and Trade Apprentices Selection Process :
The Selection Process will be based on Shortlisted/Interview.
How to apply : The application form in the prescribed format neatly typed in double space on A4 size paper duly filled should be reached to the Group Senior Manager (HR), Loktak Power Station, NHPC Ltd., Komkeirap, Distt: Churachandpur, Manipur, PIN-795124 before closing of office hours on 20.12.2023 through India Post/Courier or e-mail. The applications received after the office closing hours of the last date of submission will not be entertained. If the closing date happens to be a holiday the next working date will be the closing dated.
