Qualification & Experience:
Any graduate degree with 1 year of work experience in micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ self-employment related schemes and projects. Freshers in similar sector may also apply.
Capacity to work with SHG Groups and undertake mobilization activities of SHG members in the specified location for training
The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, good understanding of MS Word and Excel, data analysis ability and good communication skills.
Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Livelihood development sector of Terracotta, Home décor, Rugs, Mats and Durries Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
Qualification & Experience for Project Coordinators:

- Graduate / Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/Economics/MBA and experience in working with underprivilege women
- Must have more than 2 years of experience in Micro enterprise/Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects.
- Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in Livelihood development sector of Terracotta, Home décor, Rugs, Mats and Durries
- The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication skills.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.

Job Description:
Develop the formats for daily, weekly and monthly reports for submission
Responsible for uploading online information for project management
Conducting Baseline survey of existing enterprises at regular intervals from the field and updating accordingly.
Coordinating with Project Manager & Project Coordinators for implementation of the project
Provide support to Project Coordinators in field for Programme Organization and training support
Generate reports as and when required
Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation
Responsible for documentation, filing and all official correspondence related to the project
Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/SRO
Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office
