All Wealth Management Services Posts (SN 2 to 8)	Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Desirable: 2-year PG Degree/Diploma in Management. Certifications: NISM/IRDA or similar.
Private Banker – Radiance Private	Experience: 12+ years in financial services, investment advisory, or private banking, including 8+ years in wealth management. Knowledge: Expertise in private banking products (investments, insurance, trusts), proven track record, banking regulations.
Group Head	Experience: 10+ years in sales management (wealth management, retail banking, investments), including 5+ years leading regional teams.
Territory Head	Experience: 6+ years in wealth management relationship management, including 2+ years as team lead.
Senior Relationship Manager	Experience: 3+ years as relationship manager in wealth management (banks, broking, AMC).
Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance)	Experience: 3+ years as relationship manager or investment counselor in wealth management. Knowledge: Expertise in investment products (PMS, AIF, mutual funds, insurance).
Product Head – Private Banking	Experience: 3+ years in private banking, handling clients with TRV ? Rs 15 Cr. Knowledge: Investment, insurance, derivatives; coordination skills; private wealth ecosystem and regulations.
Portfolio Research Analyst	Experience: 1+ year as research analyst in wealth management (banks, broking firms). Skills: Excel, MIS, communication. Knowledge: Wealth management products.
